Terrazza Toscana is conveniently located on the corner of 50th Street and 9th Ave, right in the center of Manhattan close to all Broadway shows and all the major attractions in midtown Manhattan. Plenty of parking is available on the same block and subway exits are also on the same block.
From the main entrance you walk into the bar area. From this vantage point the beauty of our dining room reveals itself. We offer a charming and warmly decorate main dining room that seats 120 with an elevated terrace-like area in front of the kitchen. The crisp linens and fresh flowers in combination with the Tuscan décor make this, one of the most elegant restaurants in midtown.
Downstairs we have the wine room which is a great place to have private parties of up to 72 people. This is also our wine bar with a fully stocked bar, P.A. system and a huge flat screen TV making it great for parties, get-togethers and meetings. The large selection of wines stored here gives this space a unique cozy feel.
Our unique al fresco rooftop dining area can seat 50 people. This open air space is private, quite and offers the fresh feel of outdoor dining in the middle of New York City.
We offer a very friendly wine list with plenty of well crafted artisanal wines from all parts of the world with special focus on Italian estates. Since this is our first year the wine list is still a work in progress. Eventually we will be able to increase our vertical selections which we store in our temperature controlled cellar. We work hard to keep our wine by the glass program fresh and exciting.
Finally the food is prepared in a brand new state-of-art kitchen. Every dish is made fresh to order with the best ingredients available by our head chef Emanuel Concas. He personally selects the wide variety of fresh fish ,game and vegetables from local as well as national and international farmers. Dishes like Insimino and Cavatelli Trapanese are prepared to perfection.

Emanuel Concas is a native of Sardegna where he graduated from the prestigious “Scala di Giocca” culinary academy. His resume is impressive having worked with Alberto Chincheri of the famous Astoria Restaurant on lake Garda and Piero Vinci of Bibis in Leeds England. The last 10 years in New York he has worked at San Pietro , Settemoma and La Giara. With his experience Emanuel has matured into a cheff that can hold his own with the best.
